ORBIT, our Task Management System is a platform designed to help individuals plan, organize, track and complete work efficiently. It provides a centralized space where all tasks, deadlines, priorities, and responsibilities are visible, ensuring accountability and smoother collaboration.

This Platform is designed to help improve productivity, bring in transparency and accountability across teams.

  • Daily Work Plan
  • Daily Work Plans shall be assigned centrally to all team members along with daily expectations to achieve a certain goal. Team members are expected to share periodic updates on the system and validate their End of Day Activity

  • My Task
  • Any Task apart from Daily Work Plan shall also be allocated on the ORBIT Platform along with Expected action and Completion timelines.

    Team members are expected to update all tasks allocated to them as per scheduled timelines. Any pending tasks allocated to them shall be visible along with their expected completion date

  • Performance
  • All team members can view their individual performances at all times, for a specific time period, be it Daily or Monthly, on any Process
